The Magical Revolution of the Reincarnated Princess and the Genius Young Lady (転生王女と天才令嬢の魔法革命, Tensei Ōjo to Tensai Reijō no Mahō Kakumei) is the anime adaptation based on the light novel series. It is produced by diomedéa and premiered on January 4, 2023.

Introduction[]

Princess of the Kingdom of Palettia, Anisphia Wynn Palettia has memories of her previous life.
She was reincarnated in a world where magic was commonplace, and what Anisphia, who longed to be a wizard,
dreamed of flying in the sky with magic, was an unprecedented and insane thing.

However, for some reason, Anisphia, who can't use magic,
spends her days and nights in dubious research while being nicknamed the Princess Peculiar.

One night, Anisphia flew into the sky with her homemade witch broom.
The runaway broom jumped in at the Aristocratic Academy's evening party.

There, Euphyllia, the daughter of the perfect duke, who is rumored to be a magical genius,
was being declared annulled by Anisphia's younger brother, Prince Algard.
Seeing Euphyllia's silent tears, Anisphia gently reaches out.

Promotion and release[]

On August 12, 2022, an anime adaptation was announced and set to premiere in 2023 with a teaser key visual and the first PV.^[1]^[2]^[3]

On October 10, 2022, a second PV and the first key visual were released with January 2023 premiere and the opening song revealed.^[4]^[5]^[6]^[7]

On November 10, 2022, the ending song was revealed with Anisphia and Euphyllia performing their song and January 4 premiere.^[8]^[9]^[10]

On December 5, 2022, Muse Communication licensed the series across Southeast Asia.^[11]^[12]

On December 10, 2022, the main staff was updated, new character visuals were revealed, and released the first episode of Tenten Channel (転天ちゃんねる, Tenten Chaneru) on the official KADOKAWAanime YouTube channel.^[13]^[14]^[15]

On December 25, 2022, a third PV and the second key visual were released featuring the ending song of the third PV.^[16]^[17]^[18]

On January 3, 2023, Crunchyroll licensed the series outside of Asia.^[19]^[20]

Characters and cast[]

Anisphia Wynn Palettia (アニスフィア・ウィン・パレッティア, Anisufia Win Parettia): Voiced by: Sayaka Senbongi; The princess of the Kingdom of Palettia. She has memories of her previous life and yearns to fly in the sky with magic. However, she cannot use magic herself and is called Princess Peculiar because of her eccentric behavior that repeats dubious research.^[21]
Euphyllia Magenta (ユフィリア・マゼンタ, Yufiria Mazenta): Voiced by: Manaka Iwami; The daughter of the duke of Magenta. A genius beautiful girl who is perfect not only in magic, but also in academics, politics, and martial arts. She is Prince Algard's fiancée and is expected to become the next queen...^[22]
Ilia Coral (イリア・コーラル, Iria Kōraru): Voiced by: Ai Kakuma; Anisphia's personal maid. Having been saved by Anisphia in the past, she holds a deep loyalty to her, but her usual demeanor is cool and abusive. Existence is like an older sister who supports Anisphia both publicly and privately.^[23]
Algard Von Palettia (アルガルド・ボナ・パレッティア, Arugarudo Bona Parettia): Voiced by: Shogo Sakata; The only heir to the throne as the prince of the Kingdom of Palettia. He has mixed feelings towards his fiancée Euphilia and his sister Anisphia. At the academy, he seems to be on good terms with his former commoner's daughter Lainie...^[24]
Lainie Cyan (レイニ・シアン, Reini Shian): Voiced by: Hina Yomiya; A former commoner baron's daughter. She attends the same school as Algard and is somehow close to him. Rumor has it that many students are fascinated by her brave demeanor, pretty appearance, and gentle smile.^[25]
Tilty Claret (ティルティ・クラーレット, Tiruti Kurāretto): Voiced by: Yu Sasahara; The daughter of a marquis of Claret. Due to her physical constitution, she can't handle magic well, so she became a joint researcher of Anisphia and eventually became a bad friend.^[26]
